Shaped from .063 3003H-14 aluminum or 19 gauge draw qaulirty steel on the power hammer to get the proper contours and fit to a station buck to ensure proper fitment. Panel is left 3/4” long on each side to provide extra material for mounting as you see fit, or can be trimmed to fit your opening.
Roof inserts are made to order - Panel turnaround is usually a few days, louver time can be a couple weeks
