Convert your 5” high speed sander to a DA sander pad so you can utilize the same grit and manufacturer abrasive while doing your final panel dressing.
I have been using a 5” high speed sander with a DA sander pan on all my work for over 15 years and it makes it so much easier to finish out your parts. No digging out gouges from 3” roloc discs! Use the same sand paper for your standard Da on a high speed sander.
Machined for 5/16 -24 FT on the DA pad side, and available in the three most common 5” high speed sander arbor sizes, 3/8-24, 7/16-20, M10x1.5. Blanks available as well so you can machine for non standard sander arbor threads.
