Shaped from .063 3003H-14 aluminum on the power hammer to get the proper contours and fit to a station buck to ensure proper fitment. Panel is left 3/4” long on each side to provide extra material for mounting as you see fit, or can be trimmed to fit your opening.
Punched full of louvers.
Roof inserts are made to order - Panel turnaround is usually a few days, louver time can be a couple weeks
